Abstract

There are three regions in Jiangsu Province,including North Su,Middle Su and South Su.But the levels of regional developments are quite different and the gap has become ampliative.Harmonious regional development is the base of high speed developments in Jiang su Province.From the dynamic comparative advantage theory,we have learnt that the advantages of a region are not fixed.The historic factors,geographical location,base of development and populace diathesis in North Su and Middle Su are not as good as in South Su.But comparatively,Middle and North Jiangsu Regions have more labors than South Jiangsu Region.In addition,the policy tendency and environment in the two regions are better than the south.So,the first step to council the development in Jiangsu Province is to select a centre city in a region which can help run the development in the area.The second step is to find the economic radicalization from South Jiangsu Region.At last,we should use the market to carry out the incorporate industry location.
