Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Phosphoric acid sodium muscle combined Vitamin C in the treatment of child viral myocarditis. Methods One hundred children with viral myocarditis were selected from February 2009 to August 2011 in our hospital, they were divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of the treatment, and each group had 50 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment of children with viral myocarditis while the treatment group was given Phosphoric acid sodium muscle combined Vitamin C on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and electrocardiogram recovery, the myocardial enzymes and cTnI were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the rate of the clinical efficacy and electrocardiogram recovery in the treatment group were better than that in the control group (P0.05); the myocardial enzymes and cTnI in the treatment group were significantly higher than that of pre-treatment and the control group (P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in both of the two groups showed no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion Phosphoric acid sodium muscle combined Vitamin C for treating child viral myocarditis can effectively relieve the symptoms of viral myocarditis. It has good clinical efficacy, few adverse reactions, and should be widely applied in clinical.
