Abstract
Six chemical constituents were separated and purified by Silica gel chromatography column,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography column and semi-preparative HPLC from the roots of Dregea sinensis Hemsl.Their chemical structures were established on the basis of IR,1D and 2D NMR data and MS analyses.These compounds were identified as icosanoic(1),α,γ-dipalmitin(2),β-sitosterol(3),4-methyl-cholesta-7-ene-3β-ol(4),3,4′-dimethoxyl-4,9,9′-trihydroxyl-benzofuranneolignan-7′-ene(5),pinoresinol(6).Compounds 1-6 were isolated from the roots of Dregea sinensis Hemsl for the first time.
