Abstract
Improvement of enterprise’s management system is the precondition to enhance basic management. From the enterprise’s practice, the management system of an enterprise should be established based on human resource. Fulfilling management responsibility is the core of basic management. The periodical job analysis should be taken. The basic management of an enterprise is significant to improve the enterprise’s capacities and market competition power.
