Study on the present status and the countermeasures of water-saving work in Shandong province

The shortage of water resources has seriously restricted the cities' development in Shandong(pro-)(vince.) Water saving is an effective way to resolve this problem.The exploitation status of water resource,the condition of municipal water using and the subsistent problem in municipal water saving are discussed detailedly in this paper.On the basis of expounding the meaning and significance of water saving,the countermeasures and suggestions of reinforcing water-saving management are put forward,which are favorable for the sustainable utilization of water resources in Shandong province,and have significance to the activity of establishing water-saving city in Shandong province.
