Training Model of Teachers' Teaching Skills in Teaching Practice

Abstract

A new training model of teachers' teaching skills in teaching practice is indroduced,which is characteristic of practicality,personality,purpose,system and continuity.The model is beneficial to the teachers improvement in teaching skills through their educational career.The meaning,importance,aim,process and base work on the model were explained in detail.
