Training young teachers' teaching abilities in multi-media teaching

We explored an effective way to train the basic skills of the young teachers and to im-prove the teaching ability of young teachers in multi-media teaching. We analyzed the existing problems in the application of multi-media teaching of young teachers and took specific measures, such as establishing and perfecting the training system of young teachers, strengthening the teaching basic skills, enhancing the teaching ability of the training courses and adhering to collective lesson preparation, canting out the contest among the young teachers. The teaching basic skills of young teachers had been strengthened by these ways in lesson preparation, teaching writing, the language of instruction, writing on the blackboard, teaching aids. The organization of teaching, teaching strain and guidance of learning ability had been significantly improved. Strengthening the young teachers, teaching basic skills was to improve teaching ability. We used the multi-media teaching and traditional teaching to achieve the desired teaching effect.
