Abstract

This study used the technique of pelletization-oxidation roasting-alkali leaching to extract vanadium from stone coal, the effects of roasting temperature, roasting time, leaching temperature, leaching agent concentration, leaching time, leaching L/S were investigated. With this technique,it has got a result of leaching rate was as high as 88.38%.The results indicate that roasting temperature, leaching temperature, leaching agent concentration, leaching time were the main factors which affect the leaching rate. The best technique condition is: roasting temperature is 850℃,roasting time is 3h,leaching temperature is 90℃,leaching agent concentration is 2 mol/L,leaching time is 2h,and leaching L/S is 3.
