Abstract

Shanxi Province is a national comprehensive reform area which is defined as resource-based economy transition. According to the Coordination of resources, environment and economy in resource-based development, this paper puts forward the content and mode in resources, environment and economy development based on Two Oriented Society context. It provides a guide on the protection of resources, environment and economy development in national comprehensive reform area.
