Reform on Experiment Teaching Modes in Organic Chemistry

In this paper a new teaching model of(3+1)was introduced in organic Chemistry experiments.It is that the skill training of basic operation,applying of basic experiments,designing of basic experiments and opening experiments.The teaching model demonstrated could fully display the students'main body effect under the guidance of teachers,and cultivate and raise students comprehensive abilities,such as scientific ability and innovation consciousness.It could enhance teaching of organic Chemistry experiment quality ultimately.
