Abstract

With the globalization of science and technology,more and more higher vocational colleges have made the compound talents of the students as their training objectives.The English teaching,as an important part of education in vocational colleges,is paying more attention to the practical use of English ability.But in fact,there are many problems in English teaching.Based on the theory of constructivism on these issues in-depth analysis,this paper makes creative and effective strategy in talents vocational training in English
