Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the promoting effect of transdermal enhancers with new grey correlative analysis.MethodsNicotinamide was used as model, and azone and 1menthol and campor were used as transdermal enhancers.Transdermal absorption experimentation of nicotinamide on the device of penetrating skins in vitro was done.Penetrating rates and steady fluxs and lag times and enhancement ratio were observed, and new grey correlative analysis was used to evaluate the promoting effect of transdermal enhancers.ResultsAs for promoting effect on nicotinamide,2% azone was the best, and 3%1-menthol and 3% campor ranked behind, and 1% 1-menthol and 1% campor were the worst.ConclusionNew grey correlative analysis can evaluate the promoting effect of transdermal enhancers objectively and fairly.
