Abstract
Objective To discuss the efficacy of secondary skin-grafting on crush and avulsion injury of skin. Methods 39 Patients with crush and avulsion injury of skin were selected for secondary back plantation and observed. Results The survival rate of skin grafting was 100% in 23 of all patients,85% in 11 patients,70% in 3 patients, less 50% in 1 patients and ulceration in 1 patients. 39 patients were followed up from 3 months to one year. Recovery of function in all patients was good. Fracture healed after 4 or 6 months. Conclusion It is an effective treatment to repair severely avulsion by secondary skin-grafting. There are wear-resisting and avoiding disadvantage of less survival rate, more infection rate and severe postoperative scar. Complete debridement is important to raise the survival rate of skin graft.
