Abstract
CNC plasma cutting machine beam has complex vibration deformation issues at work, and the issue will seriously decrease the cutting precision. The article take the beam case as the research object, set up finite element model of the beam based on NX environment,do finite element modal analysis to the beam case structure by application of NASTRAN solver, analyze the natural frequency, the total amplitude and the vibration mode of the case and output displacement of the cloud band frequency. On the base of the analyzed results and with reference to the current standard, the original beam model will be optimized to a new one of optimizing, and this is important to enhancing the precision and reliability of CNC plasma cutting machine.
