Abstract
The potassium ferrate was prepared by electrolysis by using a double cathode chamber diaphragm electro-lyzer,a manufactrued Barbed wire and a graphite carbon rod were used as anode and cathode materials respective-ly.The bipolar chamber was spaced apart by a cationic exchange membrane called Nafion117.The effect of the concentration of alkalinity, the mount of the electrolyte composition, the current density and stabilizers for the yield of ferrate were investigated in detail. And the prepared potassium ferrate was used to degradate aniline. The reac-tion condition including the pH,reaction time, the initial concentration of aniline and the mount of potassium fer-rate were also studied. However, the yield of ferrate was not available to add KIO 4 、Graphite or ZnCl 2.when the pH was 10,t = 30 min and n( Aniline) ∶ n( FeO2-4) =1∶10,the aniline removal rate can amount to 80.60%.
