Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determination of ursolic acid in Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablets.Methods:To determine ursolic acid in Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablets by HPLC.The liquid chromatography was carried out using a Zorbax 80A Extend -C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)with detection wavelength at 220 run.The mobile phase:methanol-water-acetic acid-triethylamine (83:17:0.04:0.01).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1).Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.092-16.38μg for ursolic acid (r=1.000).The average recovery(n=5)was 99.2%.Conclusion:The method is rapid,accurate and reliable.
