Abstract
Considering the problems that it is more difficult to achieve accurate temperature measurement only using hardware circuits,it is necessary to design a suitable temperature compensation algorithm to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement system. The least-squares fitting program is used to achieved temperature compensation of the temperature measurement system. It overcomes the error of the temperature measurement due to the lack accuracy of the circuit components. The Butterworth digital low-pass filter is designed to filter the high-frequency noise effectively in the measured temperature signal. This method does not increase the cost of the hardware circuits and make the design difficult. It also greatly improves the accuracy and stability of the temperature measurement. The measured datas verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
