Abstract

Academics generally agree that technological innovation is the booster and engine of economic growth.However,how much the extent of economic growth attributable to technological innovation and how to indicate technological innovation,the current remained open.In this paper,R D personnel and R D input of funds and patent applications point of view of technological innovation research,the use of theoretical models elaborated,the relationship between labor,capital and technological innovation,and adopt ECM of the empirical model to prove.
