Clinical Observation of Canesten Joint Born on Jun Treatment during Pregnancy Vulva Vagina Candida Diseas

Objective:To observe clinical effect of canesten clotrimazole vaginal tablet joint born on jun(vagina lactobacillus bacteria live capsule) treating vulva vagina candida disease during pregnancy(VVC). Method:60 cases of pregnancy VVC pregnant women were divided into research group and the control group. Control group was given routine treatment, canesten 1 piece of 0.5 g, deep into the vagina, use before bedtime, single drug used. Research group was given the conventional treatment, canesten 1 piece of 0.5 g, deep into the vagina, used before bedtime, single drug use. 4 days to give born on jun 1 grain of deep in the vagina, used before sleep every night, 7 days in a row. The two groups before and after the treatment of vaginal cleanness, vaginal p H value and the cure rate were compared, the therapeutic effect was observed. Result:The vaginal cleanness Ⅰ-Ⅱ degrees accounted for 90.00%, the cure rate was 90.00% of research group after the treatment, cleanliness Ⅰ-Ⅱ degrees accounted for 66.67%, the cure rate was 66.67% of control group.The vaginal p H value before and after treatment comparison difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion:For pregnancy VVC, on the basis of antifungal therapy combined with lactobacillus preparation namely canesten joint born on jun can yet be regarded as a kind of curative effect of treatment, clinical popularization value.
