Abstract

Anaerobic granular sludge and aerobic activated sludge were used for cultivation in an internal circulation anaerobic(IC) reactor and a sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process(SBR).The operation effect of treatment of lincomycin-rich wastewater with hydrolysis acidification-IC-SBR was studied. The results show that, when the concentration of COD in the influent was 6000-9000 mg/L,the organic loading in the IC reactor and the SBR reactor were about 0.82 and 0.26 kg/(kg·d),respectively.After two months, the average removal rate of COD in the IC reactor reached 91%,while the average removal rate of COD in the SBR was 61% after one week. The concentration of COD in the effluent was below 300 mg/L,which met the specification for grade 2 of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(8978-1996).
