On Chinese Marine Industry Constitution and Its Optimization

The marine industry constitution means the proportional composition between different marine dustrial departments and the interdependent and interactive relationship between them. Whether the marine industry constitution is reasonable is of great importance to the marine economy development in a country. In this paper, the method for dividing the marine industry, the present situation and existing problems of Chinese mrine industry constitution are analyzed, and the objectives, principle and concrete measures for optimizing Chinese marine industry constitution are expounded, which provides the referential basis for the concordant, stable and quick development of marine economy.
