Earned value method and application in software project management

Abstract

Earned value management theory could be used for the cost and time analysis,and the relationship between them.But this method still has insufficiency and limitations in real practice.A module is described based on WBS system and integrates critical path method and earned value method.With this module,project schedule performance is better analyzed.
