The Research of Embedded Motion Controller Based on MPC5200

Abstract

A new design of embedded motion controller based on MPC5200 was introduced.The hardware and software design of the controller was presented with the full use of high performance and hardware reconfiguration.Real Time Application Interface(RTAI)and Linux were integrated to this motion control system,which assures this system is open,flexible and hard real-time.An application of this motion controller was performed.
