Abstract
Objective To determine the relationship among c-met,CD44v6 oncogene with proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in Helicobacter Pylori(HP) infected gastric mucosal lesions. Methods Expression of c-met and PCNA were studied in 114 gastric mucosal lesions by using immunohistochemistry.HP was examined by both Warthin-starry method and RUT.Results Patients HP positive compare to patients HP negative, the expression of c-met,PCNA and CD44v6 has a significant statistical difference (P0.05).Expression of c-met and CD44v6 were correlated significantly in HP infected patients(rs=0.4779,P0.01).Conclusion HP may promote the process of gastric mucosal lesions Hp infection may activate the expression of c-met,PCNA and CD44v6 in precarcinoma and cause some oncogene correlated.
