On the Creative Conception of the Civil Law Standard Research

There are essential relationship among the Civil Law standard, value, priciples, civil-code-making, human, human life and human rights. The civil Law standard is the important content in the criginal theory, which is weak in its research. The civil Law standard which is the starting-point of the civil Law: is homed by its value. The expression of it in the pratical law is the civil Law principles. It must be absorbed from various theories to research the civil law standard and to construct creative system of it.
