Philosophic thoughts of civil law: research visual angle based on civil law standard

The standard of foreign and Chinese positive laws of civil affairs has continually changed. The theory of social standard of civil law has many questions..My view on the civil law standard is the theory of private subject right standard of civil law ,which has the theoretical bases of economy,society,politics,culture, humanity etc. Civil law standard is the value standard and central task of civil law.Saying from some meanings,civil law standard is the central value of civil law,and the principles of civil law are the load form of civil law standard value orientation. The enactment of Chinese Civil Code should persist in private subject right standard with apprehension of social problems, to choose principles, systems and concrete norms,which is the choice of evolutional and rational inevitability.
