Innovation and Development of Management Model on College Student Loans and Recovery of Loans: A Case Study of Kaili University

The College student loans are conducive to poor students to complete their education,and beneficial to social stability and national unity as well.China has put massive manpower,material and financial resources to student loans each year to try to not let every poor college student quit school in case of no tuition.Due to the lack of awareness of the public integrity and other reasons,some student loans cannot repay the principal and interest after graduation.The negative impact is not only affecting the long-term and effective operation of the country,but also affecting the running of the university's normal loans work.Therefore,in order to finish the collection of loans,management model on college student loans and recovery of loans is an urgent need for greater innovation and the change of the management mode.
