Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the intracranial aneurysm on the main imaging method(CTA and DSA)in clinic,and compare the two intracranial aneurysms in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms.METHODS 172 patients with intracranial aneurysms were diagnosed by using CTA and DSA,the size and shape comparison of the results were compared.RESULTS For the CTA and DSA in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms,there was no significant difference in the sensitivity,contrast and aneurysm neck/tumor ratio(P﹥0.05),there are significant difference in the complication and aneurysm Diameter(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION DSA can better show the aneurysm size and morphology,CTA aneurysms can be three-dimensional reconstruction of the surrounding tissue,provide the treatment effect of the three dimensional shape,joint Inspection could improve the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
