Abstract
Based on analyzing the contradiction of organization struture of forest-product industry in the northeast stated-owned forest region,starts from the organizational restructure of the stated-owned forest-product industry,puts forward the guiding thought,goals and methods with a purpose to developing the forest-product industry of northeast stated-owned forest region.
