Abstract
China is one of the countries with largest number of aging population and the fastest trend of aging in the world.The problem of the aged is becoming the focus of attention increasingly and facing death with a scientific way is the severe reality faced by the aged.Therefore,the death education is very important for the aged.By analyzing the connotation of death education and exploring the death problems faced by the aged and the educational significance of graspinglifethrough death,this paper proposes that it should be based on the idea of active aging to retain the dignity of the life and death of the aged and view them as a certain kind of resource to give them positive guidance of loving their life.
