Effects of atomizing inhalation of nebulized budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline sulfate solution on capillary bronchitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of atomizing inhalation of nebulized budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline sulfate solution on capillary bronchitis.Methods Fifty-seven patients with capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=27) and control group(n=30).Based on the same synthetic therapy,the patients in treatment group were given inhaled 0.25 mg nebulized budesonide suspension combined with 0.5 ml 0.5% terbutaline sulfate solution for step-treatment: once 2 h for 2 times,once 8 h for 1 d,once 12 h for 2 d,once a day for 3 d;while in control group,the patients were given twice a day for 7 d.The symptoms and physical signs in lung,hospitalization days,costs were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results The symptoms and physical signs in lung were relived.There was significant difference between 2 groups.The hospitalization days and costs were less in treatment group than in control group(P0.05).Conclusion The atomizing inhalation of nebulized budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline sulfate solution has synergetic effects on capillary bronchitis,which could enhance the curative effect,alleviate the symptom,shorten the course of diseases.The step-treatment is safe,simple and cheaper.
