Investigation about aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with terbutaline sulfate oral solution on the treatment of capillary bronchitis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of oxygen drive aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with terbutaline sulfate oral solution on the treatment of capillary bronchitis.Methods 82 children with capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.Children in control group(n=40) received conventional therapy.42 cases in treatment group were treated by aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with terbutaline sulfate oral solution on the basis of conventional therapy.Mitigation and disappeared time of symptoms and signs in children were observed and compared after 5 days treatment.Results Markedly effective rate and efficient rate in treatment group(52.4%,95.2%) was higher than that in control group(30%,70%,P0.05).Symptoms and signs disappeared time in treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with terbutaline sulfate oral solution has definite effect,safety and convenience no adverse reaction on the treatment of capillary bronchitis.
