Abstract

In the Southern Song Dynasty, the famous poet Lu You formed his literary thoughts when staying in Sichuan for his nine years . He inherited and developed traditional literary criticism on literary Dao and literary qualities. According to his creative practice, Lu You advocated writers can absorb writing materials from reality, and suggested that literary criticism be fair in principle. Lu You's literary ideas were filled with active spirits of critical realism, and had kept advanced significance in his times.
