Effect investigation of nursing specialist supervision in continuous improvement of nursing quality

Objective To investigate the function and the effect in the continuous improvement of nursing quality by nursing specialist supervision.Methods To establish nursing method of quality control system and formulate duties and standards of care and quality assessment,the specialist group supervise nursing quality of 10 clinical items by routine inspection,random inspection,supervisory special way.For the existing problems to implement of continuous quality supervision in accordance with the analysis-research-improvement-survey-to program,compared for the continuous 2 years(2008 and 2009) the quality of care after implementation.Results Continuous supervision of nursing quality nursing supervision quality control indexes in 2009 after passing rate all prep above 2008,among the nursing records,ward management,disease control,mastery of core system and patients′ satisfaction has significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Continuity of nursing quality supervision has character with focus,continuous,easy to find problems in management,so that the daily work of nurses promote effectively the self-state,and help to improve the nursing quality.
