Application of flexible management in nursing quality supervision

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of flexible management applied in nursing quality supervision.Methods After updating the concept of nursing quality supervision,the flexible management mode was used in nursing supervision in developing nursing quality standards,training clinical nursing quality control personnel,and nursing quality inspection result feedback system,to flexible supervisory manage the nursing quality.Results This practice improved the nursing quality(except the core system of questions and special,first level nursing) and comprehensive satisfaction(P0.01).Conclusion Flexible management adapts to the characteristics of modern nursing quality supervision,satisfies the changes of patients’ needs and the connotation of updated nursing service concept under the new situation,and helps to improve the nursing quality.
