Abstract
Objective To explore the application of propofol and fentanyl anesthesia in induced abortion. Methods 130 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 cases of each. The control group was given propofol induction of anesthesia, while the observation group on the basis of the control group was added fentanyl anesthesia. The dose of propofol,wake-up time of surgery, and analgesic effect of 2 groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the dose of propofol of the observation group was less, while the wake-up time was shorter, and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).The good rate of the observation group was 98.5% higher than 92.3% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Using propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia for induced abortion can produce better sedation and analgesia, which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
