Abstract
Avian influenza maternal antibody levels were tested regularly in chicken, and the HI antibody levels were evaluated after respectively vaccination at 3,7,14 and 21 day by H5H9 vaccine. Results showed that the maternal antibody level was highest in 3-day chicken and cut down gradually. It was decreased to 4㏒2 after 13-day-age chicken, almost disappeared at 23day-age chicken. The test of vaccination showed that the HI antibody level was lowest at 3——day-age chicken and highest at 21-day-age chicken.Chicken's maternal antibody levels were regressed by the age and can effect the creation of HI antibody after vaccination.
