Abstract

The article puts forward the significance of environmental impact assessment(EIA) of land use planning based on the introduction of development of planning EIA at home and abroad, probes into the category, system, target system and assessment method on strategic environmental assessment(SEA) of land use planning, and suggests that people should deeply conduct theoretic study on SEA of land use planning, establish the relevant systems and promulgate related technical regulations as soon as possible.
