Research on the Attribution of Constitution Interpretation Power

Constitution interpretation has great significance for a constitutional country,and the attribution of constitutional interpretation power is the primary problem of the interpretation of the constitution.The interpretation of the current constitution belongs to the NPC,the NPC Standing Committee in China.However,they do not have the constitutional power vested in its necessity theoretically and practically.Therefore,we must explain the constitution,the constitutional interpretation of the characteristics of its own,with its own legislative rules to find more appropriate interpretation of the constitution vested in the main.
