Abstract
The difficult financing problems of private enterprises have already hindered their development seriously,which caused the slow growth of the whole national economy.Nowadays,indirect financing is still one of the main methods of private enterprise financing.Commercial banks should adopt corresponding supporting tactics in managing concept,loan policy and service,financial products,credit assessment system and guarantee system for private enterprises.
