Abstract

Due to some reasons,State-owned banks are reluctant to loan money to private enterprises.The lack of specialized banks for private enterprises makes it difficult for them to manage their financing.An analysis is made of their financial problems and some solutions are put forward to promote the steady development of private enterprises.
