Research Into the Labor Relationship in American Professional Sports League

Abstract

Withe the study of commercial operating mechanism in American professional sports associations,the fundamental requirements of professional sports clubs are discussed and the essence of employer-employee relationship in expounded.It is concluded that the relationship of both cooperation and clash between owners and players is long existed and it will last forever in the development of professional sports.Like other industries,the development of professional sports requires a prefect law situation.
