Abstract

Behind the prosperous production and management of modern Kailuan Coal Mine,coal mine calamities broke out constantly and were hard to stop,and the heavy casualties were astonishing.Coal mine calamities not only cause great economic loss,but also directly resulted in casualties.Kailuan Coal Mine adopted salvation and governance for its calamities in modern history,but the overall effect wasn’t obvious.
