Abstract
In order to exploit Nomuraea rileyi and afford some base in subsequent study,the pathogenicity of Nomuraea rileyiLX050908001C against larvae of Spodoptera litura Fabrieius was ascertained.The pathogenicity of Nomuraea rileyi LX050908001C on 4th and 5th larvae of Spodoptera litura Fabrieius was determined through the dipping method.Results showed that adjusted accumulative mortality to 4th larvae was 92.47%,LC50 was(1.341±0.052)×104 spores/mL,LT50 was(4.146±0.010)d.And the adjusted accumulative mortality to 5th larvae was 84.76%,LC50 was(4.410±0.658)×104 spores/mL,LT50 was(4.547±0.027) d.The pathogenicity of Nomuraea rileyi LX050908001C against 4th larvae of Spodoptera litura Fabrieius was higher than that of it to 5th larvae.
