Abstract

The studies on the optimum conditions of the extraction of chrysanthemum oil by supercritical fluidwere carried out.The primary and secondary effect factors on the extraction of chrysanthemum oil by supercriti-cal fluid were as followed:timetemperaturepressureflow quantity. The optimum conditions were:extractiontime 4 hours, extraction temperature 45 ℃, extraction pressure 30 MPa and flow quantity 8 kg/h.The yield ofchrysanthemum oil was 1.05%.
