Abstract

The studies on the optimum conditions for the extraction of grape seeds oil by supercritical fluid were carried out.The primary and secondary effect factors on the extraction of grape seeds oil by supercritical fluid were as followed: time pressure temperatureflow quantity. The optimum conditions were: extraction time 4 hours, extraction temperature 45 ℃,extraction pressure 30 MPa and flow quantity 8L/h.The yield of grape seeds oil was 14.8%.
