Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the changes in serum level of carbohydrate antigen ca19-9 in type 2 diabetes patients and its significance,at the same time to analyze the related factors.METHODS By using chemiluminescence to compare serum level of ca19-9 of 254 diabetic patients and 200 healthy patients, and analyzed the difference of diabetes related risk factors and serum ca19-9 concentration.RESULTS Serum ca19-9 level in diabetic patients was significantly higher than control group(t = 19.170,P = 0.000).There was no significant difference in HDLC,GFR BMI between the two groups(P﹥0.05).TC,TG,LDLC,FPG,HbA1c,mAlb,CA19-9 were significantly higher in DM group(P﹤0.01),however,FCP was lesser than the control group(P﹤0.05).Single factor analysis showed that, serum ca19-9 level and its causes of DM patients,mAlb,FCP and Hb A1c were related(P﹤0.05),and especially with HbA1c(r = 0.192,P = 0.008),but not related with age,BMI,TC and TG,HDLC,LDLC,FPG,GFR,FINS,FCP.CONCLUSION Serum CA19-9 level of type 2 DM patients would increase, and is closely related with HbA1c.There is a significant meaning to observe the changes of serum ca19-9 before and after treatment.
