Research on Balancing Urban and Rural Development on the Basis of New Countryside Construction

This paper analyzes some problems of urban-rural dualistic structure in Jilin province,concerning urbanization's lagging behind industrialization,marked difference between rural and urban infrastructure construction and between rural and urban residents' income.It discusses its restrictive role on the new countryside construction,and puts forward the countermeasures of balancing urban and rural development.
