On the spirit of Constitutional Government of May4, Constitution

Abstract
As the first constitution of socialism in China, the May4 constitution has a striking achievement of constitutinalism. Our current constitution spirit has derived from the May 4,constitution, even some have maintained and refreshed the archetype of it. Thus it reveals the value of May 4, Constitation in our constitutional government. May 4, Constitution has expressed completely the constitntionalism in its constitutionalism aim,main body,procss and nature, etc.
