On the Cultural Foundation of Constitution Implementation

One important reason that why our constitution has not been well implemented is the lack of constitutional culture.A country's constitutional culture determines a country's constitutional fate.The implementation of the constitution needs constitutional culture as its foundation.For hundreds of years,although China has made one constitution after another,the constitutional culture is not formed,so the status of implementation of our constitution is not ideal.The future of our constitution largely depends on the constitutional culture.In cultivating the constitutional culture and furthering the implementation of the constitution,we should pay more attention to the function of constitutional culture,but not demanding the perfection of the constitutional text.The government and the party should take the lead to develop the custom and habit of protecting the constitution,and every citizen should make contribution to the formation of constitutional culture.We should fully realize that the formation of constitutional culture is a long term mission,and also have faith in the future.
